Whether you’re sitting all day at a computer, or on the couch after a long day at work or having a leisurely Sunday with little to do — You still need to get your body up and moving. The less we move, the more our body loses energy. The harder it seems to exercise and go up a flight of stairs.
Don’t feel like going to the gym? Ok. Do a workout at home from YouTube. Too tired for cardio, consider some Yoga or Pilates to get those muscles working.
Not sure what to do? Dance it out. Like Mer and Cris in Grey’s Anatomy – if you feel a little stressed and don’t know how to get it out, dance it out!
