…mornings are hard, especially when we have long days after long days. So how do we motivate ourselves to get out of bed, especially on those rainy, dreary, not so exciting mornings. It would be so much better to pull the covers back over our heads and roll over and snooze for another 30 minutes. Instead drink that glass of water on your nightstand (it helps perk you up), and throw on the perfect “wake up” playlist to get you jazzed for a workout or a shower.
