Smoothies are great for on the go, and easy to throw in a blender and whip up for any morning or mid-day snack. Here are the two that I live by – one green and super “yes, I’m going to be so healthy today” and one sweet, and more like a treat for the days that I’m being Health-ish but not perfect.
The Perfect Green for a Monday Detox (or any day really)
Cilantro, Green Tea, Cucumbers, Ginger, Avocados, Lemon Juice, Honey
Almond Milk, Mango, Banana, Spinach
Hat Tip – Don’t forget you can sub in Coconut, Almond or Soy based upon you preferences. I prefer not to use dairy and unsweetened regular coconut milk for the least amount of sugar and calories.
